The cost for sponsoring and helping us to arrange the International Student Day would be 1.275€ per School, both dates. Including 1 Delegate.
Lunches, Dinners and coffee breaks are included and also water, tea/coffee during the workshops, both days, as described in the schedule. Also included Barcelona to Tarragona transfers by private bus.
We can help you with the arrangement of the rooms in Both hotels, or you can book your own accommodation.
We will send you the complete Itinerary once we can confirm the event with the minimum of Districts.
